1Introduction & Eligibility

• Bonus and real money balances are tracked separately; bonuses cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are completed
• Any unused bonus funds and associated winnings expire at the end of the bonus period

6Gaming Rules

8.1 You Can Close Your Account Yourself

You may close your account at any time for any reason — simply send a request to support. Make sure to withdraw your balance before closing. If you wish to close for responsible gaming reasons, request a self-exclusion, which is non-reversible.

8.2 Dormant Account Policy

If there is no activity for 12 months or more, 55tt may apply a monthly maintenance fee. If the balance reaches zero after 36 months, the account may be deleted. A warning email will be sent before any such action.

9Liability Limits
